The Conditions shall be governed applicable KSA PDPL, data protection laws , without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s place of residence.

10. Customs & Duty

Please note that all shipments outside the UK, US and and UAE may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

During sale periods, sale items are available online at www.agentprovocateur.com and in selected boutiques and concessions. Discounts on selected lines only. While stocks last.

Agent Provocateur reserves the right to withdraw or alter the details of this offer at any time. Due to the nature of sale, prices are subject to change as the sale continues and as stock becomes more limited.

We are unfortunately unable to offer to refund the price difference should you have ordered before the prices were reduced further. If your sizes are still available you are welcome to place a new order with the current pricing and return the original order for a refund.

14. Returns & Refunds

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund, subject to the conditions below.

For hygiene reasons, all lingerie purchases made online are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is proven to be defective, counterfeit, or delivered incorrectly. We do not accept returns due to sizing, style preferences, or general dissatisfaction. Please refer to our detailed size guide before placing your order

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following categories: lingerie (bras, panties, suspenders, garters), swimwear, fragrances, beauty products (lipsticks, lip balm, skin care), earrings, slippers. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items/markdown items and opened packs of hosiery.

This does not affect your statutory rights to return defective or non-conforming goods* under UAE law. Non-conforming is strictly defined as “An item that differs materially from the product description, is counterfeit, or is defective in workmanship or materials”.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from marks, stains, scents, pulls, or rips.
• Products should be tried on in a clean environment, with neutral fragrance, and knickers must be tried on over your own lingerie.
• If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact our Client Services Team immediately.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned item, following inspection.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment (credit card, gift voucher).
• We cannot process refunds to third parties.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.

Returns which do not comply with our return policy or Terms and Conditions will be returned to the customer and a return handling and shipment fee will be charged.
Online purchases cannot be returned to a boutique.

Return Process
To initiate a return:

Abnormal Returns

If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that we, in our absolute discretion, consider to be abnormal, we may reject new orders from associated customers and deactivate any relevant accounts.

Abnormal returns activity includes but is not limited to:

• When items are being worn for long periods, then are being returned.
• When the level of returns and/or the frequency of returns on an account is what we deem to be excessive.
• When the items returned don't correspond with what you ordered. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please get in touch with Customer Services and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.
• If your account has been deactivated and you need to make a valid return, contact Customer Services. They'll give you a returns label although you'll be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Importantly, please be advised that we reserve the right to take legal action against you for the recovery of losses, if we conclude that customers are fraudulently or wrongfully misusing our returns policy.

Faulty Returns

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable GCC and MENA data protection regulations . Your use of the VIP card and any dispute arising out of such use of the VIP card is subject to the laws and jurisdiction of GCC and MENA countries.

17. Boutique Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your purchase or gift and are completely happy with it. If not, please take note of our returns policy below to avoid any possible disappointment. Agent Provocateur boutiques do not offer refunds. Goods can only be exchanged if they are returned in perfect condition with tags attached and with a receipt, as proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase. Our website is unable to accept returns of items purchased from boutiques.

Goods returned because of wrong size or choice will not be refunded. However, we are willing to exchange unworn/unused goods when returned to Agent Provocateur boutiques, in perfect condition with the receipt and tags attached within 14 days of purchase. This policy conforms to the sales of goods act of 1979 (as amended in 1994)

We reserve the right to return faulty goods to manufactures for examination before a refund is given. We do not offer refunds. Proof of purchase is required.
