Tracking your order

Once your items have been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package's journey. For a delivery update, please refer to the delivery carrier's website detailed in your order confirmation and enter the tracking reference provided on the dispatch confirmation email.

How your order arrives

Please note that during our busy sale period our orders will be shipped without our satin ribbon to ensure your goods reach you as quickly as possible. Orders are dispatched in a discreet outer box so you can shop in confidence knowing your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Our courier network requires us to include a return name / address & description of the contents which we have kept to a minimum where possible. Inside, your order is packed and dispatched in a beautiful pink Agent Provocateur box, tied with a black satin ribbon. Note that some products will arrive in a single discreet outer box with branding inside to ensure the item(s) arrive with you in the best condition.  

Request to cancel or amend your order

Now your order has been placed, we start preparing it for you right away. Contact our customer service should you wish to cancel your order at this stage. Once the order is processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you've forgotten something, please place a secondary order. Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
