Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund, subject to the conditions below.
For hygiene reasons, all lingerie purchases made online are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is proven to be defective, counterfeit, or delivered incorrectly. We do not accept returns due to sizing, style preferences, or general dissatisfaction. Please refer to our detailed size guide before placing your order
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following categories: lingerie (bras, panties, suspenders, garters), swimwear, fragrances, beauty products (lipsticks, lip balm, skin care), earrings, slippers. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items/markdown items and opened packs of hosiery.
This does not affect your statutory rights to return defective or non-conforming goods* under UAE law. Non-conforming is strictly defined as “An item that differs materially from the product description, is counterfeit, or is defective in workmanship or materials”.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be in original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from marks, stains, scents, pulls, or rips.
Products should be tried on in a clean environment, with neutral fragrance, and knickers must be tried on over your own lingerie.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact our Client Services Team immediately.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned item, following inspection.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment (credit card, gift voucher).
• We cannot process refunds to third parties.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.
Boutique Returns
Please note:
Online purchases cannot be returned in-store, and items purchased in boutiques cannot be returned via the website.
Boutique purchases are returnable only in boutiques within the same country of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your in-store purchase, we offer an exchange or gift voucher on full-price items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in perfect condition, with the receipt and labels attached.
We do not offer returns on, unless faulty:
Sale items
Gift vouchers
Worn or damaged products
Opened hosiery
How to Return Your Order
To initiate a return:
Contact our Customer Service Team to request a return.
You will receive a unique return label to attach to your package.
Please note:
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Unauthorized returns sent directly to our warehouse will be returned to the sender.
