Tracking your order

Our UK courier has notified us of potential delay to a small number of UK deliveries due to severe weather. Please contact DPD locally for further information.

All orders are tracked and require a signature upon arrival. If nobody is home to sign, your order may be delivered to a neighbour who is willing to accept the parcel. Alternatively, it will be returned to the carrier's local depot and instructions will be left regarding redelivery.

Please note that anyone at your delivery address can sign for your parcel. For public or shared delivery locations (e.g., offices, hotels, or hospitality venues), parcels are typically delivered to the front desk or reception and signed for by staff.

For a delivery update, please refer to the delivery carrier's website detailed in your order confirmation (DPD.co.uk or DHL.co.uk) and enter the tracking reference provided on the dispatch confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log into your account to track your order's delivery progress.

If you haven't received your order

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your tracking information or if your parcel is showing as delivered on the couriers website but you are not in possession of the parcel, please check around your property and with your neighbours. If the parcel cannot be found, please contact us immediately and include your order number in the subject line. We may be unable to assist with any missing parcels if not contacted within 7 days of the delivery. 

Carrier returned orders

In the unlikely event that the carrier cannot deliver your order then they will return the parcel to us, the sender. Any parcels returned to sender will be processed as a return once delivered at our warehouse, and a full refund issued. We are not able to reship parcels which are returned to us by our carriers.

How your order arrives

Please note that during our busy sale period EU and US orders will be shipped without our satin ribbon to ensure your goods reach you as quickly as possible.

Orders are dispatched in a discreet outer box so you can shop in confidence knowing your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Our courier network requires us to include a return name / address & description of the contents which we have kept to a minimum where possible.

Inside, your order is packed and dispatched in a beautiful pink Agent Provocateur box, tied with a black satin ribbon. Note that some products will arrive in a single discreet outer box with branding inside to ensure the item(s) arrive with you in the best condition.



Trying on your purchase

To ensure that eligible online purchases meet our returns conditions and can be returned, we advise that products are tried on in a clean, neutral fragrance environment, that your skin is clean and free of cosmetic products and that knickers are tried on over your own lingerie.

To be eligible for return, items should not have marks, stains, scents, pulls, or rips present. If your item arrived damaged in your order, please contact Client Services.

Request to cancel or amend your order

Once your order is placed, the warehouse begins to pack it right away to ensure it reaches you in good time. This means that it is unfortunately not possible to add to, amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. Your purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days. If you have forgotten to purchase an item, you will need to place a second order.

BFPO, PO BOX and APO/FPO

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to BFPO, PO BOX and APO/FPO addresses.

Import duties

For EU customers, import taxes will be paid by Agent Provocateur on your behalf. If you are based outside of the UK, US or Europe, you may have to pay import duties. When your delivery reaches the country of your destination, import duties and taxes are levied and payment to our carrier is necessary to release your order from customs. This may impact the speed of delivery of your order as customs processes take place. We are unable to advise on the length of time customs may take or the rates that may be charged, as they vary according to country. Please consult your local postal service for more information.

Customs clearance

If your order is shipping outside of the UK or US then the courier may be in touch to request further information for customs purposes. This information can include but is not exclusive to NI, PID or passport information.

Perfumes

If your order contains perfume, it may arrive on a different day to any other items you may have bought. Perfumes cannot be shipped outside of the UK or US due to international shipping regulations. If you are shipping outside of the UK or US and your order contains a perfume, we will ship your order without the fragrance and you will only be charged for the shipped items.
