The welfare of our clients and employees is of paramount importance to us. Agent Provocateur is following global government guidance, as well as industry best practices, to maintain health & safety and social distancing procedures within the boutiques. This will ensure a safe environment for both you and our staff.

Distance

Please observe social distancing measures by staying 2 metres from others; both in queues and inside the boutique.

We’ve limited the number of visitors to our boutiques at any one time to maintain social distancing.

Clients accompanied by children are responsible for them at all times, and should follow social distancing guidelines.

Cleanliness

Hand sanitiser is available for you to use throughout our boutiques.

Our Agents are equipped with PPE equipment.

A dedicated cleaning program has been introduced to maintain regular sanitation of key points throughout the boutiques.

Service

Our Agents are always on hand to assist and advise you.

For the time being, our Agents won’t be able to measure you as they would during a normal fitting. However, they can advise on size and fit via their expert eye!

Other services that would not guarantee compliance with government guidance are currently suspended.

Customers are encouraged to pay by card, and use contactless devices where possible and where the contactless limit allows.

In light of the current Covid restrictions, we’re delighted to offer a selection of remote selling services across our global locations, where you'll be able to book an appointment with one of our expert Agents, without leaving the comfort of your own home.

Offering a range of call options, you'll be able to discover our latest collections as well as tailored product recommendations and lingerie wardrobe updates, with our expert team. Whether you're shopping to treat yourself or someone else for a special occasion, you'll receive an entirely personalised consultation.
