Am I able to apply for more than one job?

Yes, you can apply for a number of jobs at any one time. Applications will be considered on a case by case basis. We would recommend that you carefully consider which roles you are applying for, and only apply for the roles which are well matched to your experience. Please ensure that you tailor your CV and covering letter to highlight the appropriate skills for each role. This will give you the best chance of standing out.

I wanted to apply for a role that was advertised on your site, however I can no longer find it.

Our careers page is regularly updated with the latest opportunities. It may be that the role has since been filled, that we have received a high amount of applications, or that interviews are already taking place. We’re still happy to hear from you - In this instance, we recommend sending through a speculative application for future opportunities, and to keep checking our careers page for updates on new roles.

I already work in one of your boutiques. Can I apply for a head office role?

Yes, absolutely. In this case you should discuss the role you would like to apply for with your store manager so that they are aware of your interest. They will then be able to let you know how you can apply.

I recently handed my c.v. in to one of your boutiques, however I haven’t heard back. When will you be in touch?

Our boutiques constantly receive a high number of applications, so we are regretfully unable to get back to everyone who applies. It may be that the boutique doesn’t currently have any vacancies, or the role may have been filled. Be sure to regularly check out our store vacancies page for future opportunities.

Do you provide interview feedback?

We aim to respond to every candidate following an interview. In some cases, such as sales associate assessment days, we will not provide specific feedback unless requested.

What will the interview process be?

This depends on the location of the role you have applied for.

For sales associates, the interview will either be a one-on-one with the store manager, or a group assessment centre which may include group activities and role plays. Store management roles will typically involve more than one interview, usually with the store manager and regional manager.

For head office positions, a member of the talent team will get in touch to arrange an initial phone interview. After this, details will be provided to you regarding subsequent face-to-face interviews.

Do you offer internships in your head office?

If I were to be successful, what development opportunities would there be?

As our business constantly grows, so do our teams.

Our staff’s career development is a priority for us. When it comes to hiring, we always look to promote internally first where possible. Line managers in every area of the business can discuss specific details for promotions, and provide support to help you in your development.

Am I able to move to a different role in another store?

If you see a role advertised in another store, you should discuss this with your store manager, who will then be able to let you know if you are eligible for the opportunity. If so, you would then be put forward to interview with the appropriate store manager.
