Our clients are from all sorts of backgrounds, and Agents need to be comfortable interacting with everyone who shops with us.
A love for the brand. Agent Provocateur has an international reputation and a very loyal following, so our Agents need to be ambassadors for the business.
The ability to be a team player. Our stores are like families, and it’s key that all new recruits are happy working as part of a group. In return, our staff members enjoy the support and fun of a close-knit team/
Represent the brand and the boutiques by wearing the Iconic AP pink uniform and heels (unless there is a legitimate medical reason for not wearing them) for every shift
An AP sales associate’s role is often first person a customer meets, so their role is vital. They help the team provide excellent standards of customer service, and in so doing have a great understanding of what’s offered to our clients. They’ll be able to recommend ranges, measure customers confidently and sell products effectively thanks to getting under the skin of all the collections through trying on products, using product sheets and store manuals. They contribute to maintaining high levels of store presentation, restocking, keeping the back of store organised and occasionally getting involved in visual merchandising. They’re professional, friendly, and well-groomed at all times.
Supervisors help instill a culture of exceptional service in AP retail. They support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store by proactively assisting in team performance management. Able to work under pressure and deal with responsibilities like cash handling and stock takes, they make sure that the store always looks as it should, that customers are happy and that the team are inspired and supported to achieve their daily targets.
Our Assistant Managers motivate our wonderful teams to help them meet, and exceed their targets. As well as providing superb customer service, they assist in performance management of all staff with regular reviews and appraisals, ensure high standards in stock and merchandise are maintained and are able to take a leadership approach amongst teams. The pace can be busy in an AP boutique, and our Assistant Managers can confidently manage to spin a few plates at once.
Our Store Managers are the embodiment of all things Agent Provocateur! A vital part of their role is the day to day running of our boutiques, ensuring the performance of the store by leading and motivating the team, setting high standards of store presentation and service levels. They ensure business reports are completed accurately, organise retail marketing events in liaison with the retail marketing department and use their strong presence and leadership skills to make sure the shop is running smoothly and making plenty of sales.
