Valentine's Returns Policy

We understand that at certain times of the year, gifts are purchased in advance. Therefore we are pleased to offer an extended return policy for Valentine's Day. Orders placed for Valentine’s gifts can be returned until 2nd March 2013. For further Returns information visit our Returns Page.

Delivery and Returns

As a reflection of the premium nature of the Soiree collection, all items will be beautifully presented in our exclusive gold and pink boxes. All orders will then arrive in discreet packaging.

- Orders over £300/€500/$600 will receive complimentary delivery

Important Delivery Information

  • Orders placed before 12pm GMT will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day.
  • Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Agent Provocateur are not responsible for any delays caused by adverse weather conditions or customs clearance processes.
  • Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. By placing an order with us you accept responsibility for the payment of any duties and taxes in order to release your order from customs. We are unable to advise on the rates as they vary according to country.
  • We do not currently ship to Russia. For orders of the Soiree range from Russia, please contact our Moscow store.

Returns Policy

We hope you fall in love with your Soiree items. If for whatever reason you are not entirely delighted we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund in accordance with our full Returns Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We offer free returns of orders sent to the UK and US with our free Royal Mail and USPS returns labels, respectively. If you prefer to use a different method of shipping for returning your items we are not able to refund any costs that you incur. For returns of orders delivered outside of the UK and US, we will refund postage upon request, with a valid proof of posting.

Important Returns Information

  • Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie - we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all labels attached.
  • We cannot be held responsible for returned orders lost in transit. We recommend that you send your return back to us by registered post and retain proof of posting. We reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange if you do not follow this policy.
  • Please note that we only offer size exchanges. Where available, replacement items will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen substitute size is not in stock, we will contact you to confirm a refund. For alternative items, please place a new order on our website.
  • Refunds and exchanges are made approximately two weeks after receipt of items to allow for inspection. The original credit card, gift voucher or Paypal account used for payment will be credited. We will not make refunds to a third party. For returned items paid for by gift voucher, please contact us to ensure that your gift voucher is credited accordingly.
