Returns Policy

We hope you fall in love with your Agent Provocateur products.  But we know that from time to time you may want to return them to us; maybe you've ordered two different sizes to check which one is perfect for you, or the items aren't quite what you expected.
If for whatever reason you're not completely satisfied we will happily offer you an exchange or refund your money via the Terms & Conditions outlined below. This does not affect your statutory rights.  Should you wish to return the item(s) for any reason, the following conditions apply:


UK and all countries (excluding the USA) Returns Policy
Orders must be returned to the return address (see below).  Agent Provocateur stores cannot accept returns or exchanges from website or telephone orders.

The form enclosed with your order must be completed in full and accompany the item(s) you wish to return within 14 days of receipt of items. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please take care when unpacking & repacking. Please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie - we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition.

Refunds on fragrance products will only be granted on items damaged in transit - items must be returned in original packaging. We cannot accept returns on catalogue's, hosiery or CD's once packs have been opened. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to accept returns of earrings.

We do not give refunds on gift voucher purchases.

We cannot be held responsible for orders lost in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post & retain proof of posting. We reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange if you do not follow this policy.

Refunds and exchanges are made approximately two weeks after receipt of items to allow for inspection. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited. We will not make refunds to a third party.

As soon as we receive your returned items we will process your request. Replacement items held in stock will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund. If a form has not been enclosed with your order, please return items (retaining proof of postage) to:

Additional information for the USA
Agent Provocateur now operates a USA based returns service. This service is now available for all orders shipped to the United States. All the terms and conditions above apply.
 
Please pack the merchandise securely in the original shipping package and send it via USPS using the enclosed pre-addressed mailing label. Please be sure to include the Return Form in your package.
