Assistant Manager, Puerto Banus
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to work in our Puerto
Banus Store. The Assistant Managers responsibilities will be to support the Store Manager in the day to day running of the store by proactively assisting in managing the performance of the team and helping to set high standards of store presentation and service levels.
This includes managing and motivating the team to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded, promoting excellent customer service within the team and monitoring product knowledge to achieve this, ensuring high standards of visual merchandising and stock presentation in the store, and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Candidates must have proven experience in a similar managerial role, have good communication skills and have the ability to work under pressure. You must also have a passion for the AP brand and reflect this in exceptional levels of customer service. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Store Manager, Athens
We are currently looking for a store manager to lead our Athens Boutique due to open soon.
As an AP Store Manager your role will be to manage and motivate the performance of a team, to manage product offering, to ensure sales and KPI targets are exceeded and to promote the exceptional customer service we are famous for.
You will also have to ensure very high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation. Ideal candidates will have demonstrable experience in a similar role, with at least 2 years experience of managing a team. You should also have good commercial focus, excellent communications skills and a passion for Agent Provocateur and exceptional customer service. Luxury brand experience would be a distinct advantage.

Design work experience, HQ, London
We are currently offering work experience within our Design and Production department at our HQ, London. This would suit someone looking for experience of how a busy Design team works. You must be flexible, organised, enjoy working as part of a team and be able to deal with working under pressure. You should also be studying for, or have completed, a relevant Fashion degree.
Experience of lingerie design is not essential but you must be interested in pursuing a career in this field. Sewing skills (both hand and machine) and pattern cutting are essential skills for this placement. You would also be at an advantage if you had photoshop skills. You must be available at least 4 days a week although full time would be preferable.

Full Time Sales Associate, Boston Store, US
We are currently looking for a Full time Sales Associate to join our Boston Store.
As an AP sales associate, you will play a key role in helping your team to provide excellent standards of customer service and store presentation. Main responsibilities include greeting all customers to the shop and serving to an exceptional standard, suggesting lingerie styles and offering assistance for the measuring and fitting of lingerie in the fitting room.
You will also be expected to developing product knowledge of all Agent Provocateur products and help to maintain the upkeep of the shop and stock. In return we ask that you have at least 2 years experience in a customer facing role, having worked for a luxury retailer.
You must also have a great enthusiasm for the AP brand and for exceptional customer service and be willing to adhere to company guidelines with presentation. A company uniform is provided.
