Puerto Banus, Spain, New Store Opening

We are currently looking for sales associates to join our new store in Puerto Banus, Spain, opening in September 2008. We have various positions available including Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Sales Associate positions, both full and part time.

As Store Manager your role will be to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets, to establish exceptional customer service within your team and to ensure high standards of visual merchandising and merchandise presentation in-store. We would like you to have at least 2 years experience in a management role within the retail sector. You must have excellent commercial focus with an ability to lead from the front. You are also required to be fluent in both Spanish and English.

As an AP sales associate, you will play a key role in helping your team to provide excellent standards of customer service and store presentation. Main responsibilities include greeting all customers to the shop and serving to an exceptional standard, suggesting lingerie styles and offering assistance for the measuring and fitting of lingerie in the fitting room. You will also be expected to developing product knowledge of all Agent Provocateur products and help to maintain the upkeep of shop and stock. In return we ask that you have at least 6 months experience in a customer facing role, like working in a team and be a good team player. You must also have a great enthusiasm for the AP brand and for exceptional customer service and be willing to adhere to company guidelines on presentation. A company uniform is provided.

As an Assistant Manager we require 6 months in a similar role. All these positions require the candidates to be fluent in Spanish.

Visual Merchandise Manager, London HQ

We are currently looking for a Visual Merchandise Manager to head up our small visual merchandising team. Reporting to the Creative Director your role will be to design, co ordinate and implement all company visual themes across all existing stores and new store openings.

Main responsibilities will be to design window proposals for the Creative Director to sign off, the sourcing of props and coordinating the implementation of all window installations with the window coordinator and international freelance visual merchandisers. You will also be responsible for working with the architects to ensure that new store plans are correct in terms of space planning, layout and interior design and be in charge of ordering all elements of the shop-fit according to the deadline.

 Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years experience in a similar role and must be creative with a good eye for design i.e. colour and composition. You should also be highly organised, have the ability to prioritise and be used to working under pressure. Computer skills are a must and knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator would be an advantage. You should also be willing to travel and work out of hours and at weekends when necessary.

Accounts Assistant, London HQ

 We are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to work as part of our Accounts team at our London HQ. Part of a team of 5, this role reports directly to the Financial Controller.

Main responsibilities of the role will be the setting up and maintaining of sales ledger accounts, the raising and posting of invoices and credit notes, sending out statements to suppliers, updating and maintaining daily cashbooks, carrying out the daily reconciliation of bank and sales ledger accounts and dealing with Franchisees invoice queries.

Ideal applicants for this role will have previous sales ledger experience and basic knowledge of bookkeeping. You must be IT literate and have intermediate excel skills as a minimum. You should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work on your own initiative and be able to multi task, sometimes under pressure.

Press Office Assistant, London HQ

We are currently looking for a Press Office assistant to work within our busy Press and Marketing team. This is a team support role, the main purpose of which is to assist the Press Office Coordinator in the overall running of the press office.
Duties are varied and will include administering diaries for the Press team and keeping the time plan up to date, scheduling and organising press meetings and helping to coordinate all press office samples. This is a very administrative role, a big part of which will be to keep all office systems, paperwork, press cuttings and magazines organised.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 years experience in a similar environment, such as a press, fashion or PR office and will be keen to progress within fashion PR. You must also be highly organised, have very practical office management skills and be able to work to tight deadlines, sometimes under pressure. You must also have sound knowledge of all computer packages including Word, Excel and Photoshop.

Assistant Merchandiser, London HQ

We are currently looking for an Assistant Merchandiser (Trainee or Level 1) to work within our Merchandising team. Ideally you will currently be either an Assistant Merchandiser or a Senior Allocator with substantial experience, looking for your first Merchandiser role.

Reporting to the company Merchandiser, your role will be to analyse stores, stock and ranges to ensure maximum sales potential and achieve departmental goals. You will also be involved in pre-season planning.

Main responsibilities of the role include analysis of the performance of stock and ranges, accurate maintenance of line-cards and suggestion of re-buys and actions to be taken. You will also oversee consolidations of stock and assist with rolling and bi annual stocktakes.

Ideal applicants will have at least 18 months experience as an Allocator or Assistant Merchandiser with a retail brand, preferably within fashion or lingerie, and have e commerce or online allocating experience. You must also have excellent communication skills, good analytical skills with the ability to work accurately, and enjoy working as part of a team.

Allocator, London HQ

We are currently looking for an Allocator to work within our Merchandising team. Reporting to the company Merchandiser, your role will be to accurately maintain stock allocations and stock levels to stores and clients using branch and departmental analysis in order to maximise sales potential.

Main responsibilities of the role include the allocation, replenishment, analysis and amending of stock levels according to minimums, range plan and branch requirements. You will also be liaising with and answering stock enquiries from our warehouse, stores and clients to ensure a smooth delivery of stock through the critical path and feeding back to business on out of stock and lost sales info.

Ideal candidates for the role will have at least 6 months experience in an Allocator role, preferably with a lingerie or fashion based retailer. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to pick up systems and procedures quickly. Excel skills to at least an intermediate level are a must.

For the right candidate, there is real opportunity for progression within 12 to 18 months as the company continues to grow.

We currently have a vacancy for an Assistant Manager at our store in Stockholm, Sweden.

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main responsibilities will be to support the manager in the day to day running of the store by proactively assisting in managing the performance of the team and helping to set high standards of store presentation and service levels. Candidates must have at least 6 months experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury retail. You must also be well presented, enthusiastic, offer excellent standards of customer service & be very excited about the brand.
