Postage & Delivery

Next working day on orders placed before 12:00 noon Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Your goods will be dispatched the day you place your order and should arrive at your delivery address the next working day. You will be supplied with a reference number when your order has been processed. You can use this number on the site in the 'Order Status' section to trace when the goods have been dispatched from our premises.

Orders will be sent using Royal mail Special delivery service and will require a signature on receipt.

In the highly unlikely event of your order not arriving please allow up to 2 working days from delivery before emailing us at services@agentprovocateur.com or by telephoning us on 44(0) 870 600 0229 we will then carry out an investigation through royal mail and keep you informed of developments.

UK Standard Delivery - £5.00


Your goods will be dispatched the next working day after you place your order. Please allow up to 2-3 days for delivery. You will be supplied with a reference number when your order has been processed. You can use this number on the site in the 'Order Status' section to trace when the goods have been dispatched from our premises.

Lingerie and accessories will be sent Royal mail recorded delivery and will require a signature on receipt

Where items are not sent recorded delivery and your parcel goes missing use the following procedure.

  1. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery before emailing us at services@agentprovocateur.com or by telephoning us on +44 (0)870 600 0229.
  2. We will issue a lost in transit form that will be posted to you.
  3. Complete & return the form, to enable us to process a replacement and pursue a claim with Royal Mail.

European delivery - £7.00


Your goods will be dispatched the next working day after you place your order. Please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery. If your delivery address is in Europe, our system will automatically select this service for you and add this cost to the order. You will be supplied with a reference number when your order has been processed. You can use this number on the site in the 'Order Status' section to trace when the goods have been dispatched from our premises. This is not a signature service, therefore if your parcel goes missing use the following procedure:

  1. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery before emailing us at services@agentprovocateur.com or by telephoning us on +44 (0)870 600 0229.
  2. We will issue a lost in transit form that will be posted to you.
  3. Complete & return the form, to enable us to process a replacement and pursue a claim with Royal Mail.

At its discretion Agent Provocateur may dispatch items via international recorded delivery.

Delivery to the rest of the world - £7.00


Your goods will be dispatched the next working day after you place your order. Please allow up to 5-7 days for delivery. If your delivery address is anywhere outside of the UK or Europe our system will automatically select this service for you and add this cost to the order. You will be supplied with a reference number when your order has been processed. You can use this number on the site in the 'Order Status' section to trace when the goods have been dispatched from our premises. This is not a signature service, therefore if your parcel goes missing use the following procedure:
