Responsible for creating our glamorous campaigns, running high-end events and placing our product in the right place, on the right person, in the right medium. They are a team made up of exceptional experience and incomparable contacts within the luxury retail market. From early-morning shoots to presenting the new campaign to the market, this team do it all on a global scale. They liaise with local agencies all over the world to ensure our campaigns are content appropriate and always effective.

All these positions are based in-house at our stylish London Head Office located at 154 Clerkenwell Road, London, EC1R5AB.

Brand Content and Social Media Manager

  • Lead on Strategy, Budget, Content Calendar Management, Copy-writing, Development, Implementation and Analysis of Global social media marketing strategy for Agent Provocateur across all social media channels including Chinese social media channels: WeChat and Weibo
  • Management of CRM Retail strategy and Direct Mail campaigns for Retail communication programmes
  • Ensuring cross function with all key departments across Press, Retail, Merchandising, Graphics, Ecommerce, IT, VM, Design & Production to optimize business objectives
  • To work closely with Digital Marketing, Marketing and Press teams on a weekly basis to deliver a 360 social media strategy aimed at delivering luxury brand content, optimizing engagement and increasing followers
  • Calendar, budget, digital agency management, presentations, board reports and analysis
  • Ideation, co-ordination and implementation of seasonal social media campaigns ensuring smooth execution, in line with campaign goals, audience and message
  • Management of seasonal, weekly and daily social media planning and cross functional co-ordination with the Digital Marketing team to ensure key trading messages and weekly product focus are incorporated
  • Management of all creative resources including designers, copywriters, and other agency personnel
  • Analyse reach, engagement, followers and growth on a weekly basis and produce ongoing reporting
  • To evaluate all store marketing activity by looking at sales uplift and review against costs for analysis and development of future strategies

PR Assistant

Are you a confident individual that is passionate about fashion? We are looking for an exceptional PR Assistant to join the PR & Marketing team.

You will support the press office by assisting with all press of the brand and products worldwide. This will include the helping with organisation and planning of events, liaising with external Press Company and dealing with ad hoc projects & events.


  • Liaison between AP and external Press Company on all Press issues and enquiries
  • Assist external Press Company in organisation of press office samples where needed
  • Regular liaison with Production team on progress and changes to collections and distributing samples and product information to relevant parties.
  • Organisation and upkeep of the Press showroom
  • Ensure external Press Company are kept up to date with press materials such as product images, archive lists, prices and product information, etc
  • Assist in organisation and planning of press and in-store events with Retail Marketing team. Support any external events and represent Agent Provocateur as a brand ambassador
  • Updating the press and marketing calendars as required
  • Assist in creation of reports on Press & Marketing activity
  • Administrative duties as necessary  – processing invoices, filing, updating budgets, answering phone, booking travel etc
  • Daily supervision of the Press interns duties
  • Action and reply to all press enquiries from the website
  • To collate all press editorial reports per month and weekly basis
  • To collate and maintain all editorial in print and online
  • Day to day running of press office related to logistics and sampling

What we are looking for:

  • At least 12 months’ previous PR Fashion experience (in-house, agency or internships)
  • Sample experience
  • Ambitious and organised
  • Strong PR fashion interest and is aware of key trends
  • Articulate communicator
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Open-minded and flexible
