For ONLINE purchases

Should you wish to return your online order, please follow these 3 simple steps:

Step 1:    Fill in the returns form located at the back of your order form, indicating the reason for returning and whether you wish a refund or a size exchange.

Enclose it with the item(s) that you wish to return within 14 working days of receiving your order.

Step 2:    Pack the item(s) you are returning, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

Step 3:    Return your package back to us with the free returns label. Packages are to be sent to the below address:

For your convenience, we offer a free returns label to our UK customers. For our international customers, we will refund your costs upon receiving a copy of your shipping receipt (please note: we cover shipping refunds up to £20).

Important information, please note before returning:

  • Please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie - we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been damaged or worn.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all labels attached.
  • Refunds on beauty products will only be given where they are returned in their original condition, unopened and with the seal intact.
  • We cannot accept returns on hosiery once packs have been opened. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to accept returns of earrings.
  • All bedding products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. We will be unable to exchange or refund if the packaging is missing or damaged. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund cushions, bolsters, bedspreads or quilts unless deemed faulty.
  • Boutique stores cannot process online refunds.
  • Outside of the 14 working days, refunds will be processed at our discretion.

Refunding or exchanging your items

Receiving a Refund:

Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receipt to allow for inspection onto the original method of payment (Credit card, gift voucher or Paypal account). We cannot facilitate with refunds to a third party. You will receive an email once your order has been refunded.

 Processing an Exchange:

Please note that we only offer size exchanges. Where available, replacement items will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen replacement size is not in stock, you will automatically be refunded and notified by email.

for GIFT VOUCHER purchases

We do not offer cash refunds on gift voucher purchases. You are welcome to exchange anything you are not happy with or we can credit the value as a gift voucher. Please note, gift vouchers are also non-refundable.

For Boutique Purchases

For items purchased in a boutique you will need to return your item in-store within 14 days of purchase. Agent Provocateur Boutiques do not offer refunds. Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange. Goods can only be exchanged if they are returned in perfect condition with tags attached and with a receipt, as proof of purchase. We do not accept returns of Sale items.
