E- Commerce Trading Assistant

We are looking for an exceptional E- Commerce Trading Assistant to support in day-to-day production of the websites and trading activities and to help deliver the overall department strategy for Agent Provocateur websites. 

Main Responsibilities:


Daily Site Management


  • Support the team on product and category production and content for the main website across 4 storefronts, including descriptions, imagery, video, attributions and quality checking.
  • Support the trading coordinators on stock checks, stock fragmentations and intake for the mainline collection working to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Assist in product and category trading planning.
  • Support on visual merchandising onsite.
  • Daily site walk-throughs, across stores and device ensuring our best output.
  • Support on product featured on marketing channels.
  • Assisting the coordinators with site refreshes, going in and out of Sale periods, Seasonal launches




  • Daily monitoring of Best/Worst sellers to contribute to reactive actions, identifying opportunities both globally and in local markets.
  • Be aware of the digital experience from channel to checkout.
  • Support on planning weekly homepages and updating the Trading Calendar.
  • Support on product launches across both brands.
  • Update category banners and campaign assets on product pages.
  • Be aware of real time trading and trends each day helping us to be reactive.
  • Be aware of searchandising and onsite search requests.
  • Monitor competitors and industry for SWOT / Comp Shop.
  • Monitor returns.
  • Help prepare for photoshoots by collating the shoot list and samples.
  • Review and QC retouched images as they come back.
  • Contributing to adhoc project research and user experience trends.
  • Able to work well across different functions in the business/ able to build relationships with other departments




  • Report on best/worst sellers for Ecommerce.

Ecommerce Operations Coordinator

We have a unique opportunity to join our Head Office as an Ecommerce Operations Coordinator! This is a great time to join the business as our Ecommerce team as continuously expanding as our business needs grow.


Reporting to the Ecommerce Operations Manager, you will provide operational support to the E-commerce team. You will monitor our Ecommerce orders and carry out system daily checks as well as provide operational assistance to the Customer Service team. Daily and weekly reporting and system housekeeping is key to this role.



  • Monitor Ecomm orders and carry out system daily checks to ensure that orders placed online are transmitted to AP’s system and to the warehouses
  • Investigate any order transmission delay and escalate to relevant parties
  • Ensure that orders are picked, shipped, posted & d-scanned
  • Screen, flag and manage fraud and suspicious orders
  • Liaise with the warehouse to chase held/delayed orders
  • Provide operational assistance to the Customer Service team and act as a liaison between CS and the Warehouses
  • Manage the Return To Sender process for L’Agent & Mainline and ensure that ueries are followed through
  • Maintain the RTS tracker for both lines to give visibility to CS
  • Ensure that Lost In Transit bins are cleaned regularly
  • Process Transfer Orders and action outstanding orders cancellations on a regular basis
  • Assist Ops Manager with weekly reporting
  • Ensure that payments and refunds are processed and taken on a daily basis
  • Assist Customer Services during peak trading periods:
  • Help with reporting pick and allocation failures
  • Help with processing returns and put-aways sent to HQ
  • Respond to customer queries
  • Receive & post CS TOs, send back physical stock to the warehouse
  • Writing reports & analysing data


What we are looking for:

  • Strong understanding of retail customer service and a customer’s shopping journey online
  • Confident user on using Excel
  • Ideally at least 1 year’s relevant experience in Ecommerce Operations would be highly advantageous

Ecommerce Trading Coordinator

We are looking for an exceptional Ecommerce Trading Coordinator to join our expanding team.


Reporting to the Online Trading Manager, it will be your job to support in driving the E Commerce business with day to day stock and trading activities and to help deliver the overall department strategy for Agent Provocateur websites.




  • Own and manage the products lifecycle and content for the main website across 4 storefronts, including descriptions, imagery, video, attributions.
  • Own stock and intake for the mainline collection working closely with Merchandising to understand product drops and maximise the offer and drive sell through.
  • Assist in product and category trading planning.
  • Manage and activate onsite merchandising and visual merchandising strategy.
  • Assist in web analytics and online marketing data dives that keep the Ecommerce business moving forward, identifying new opportunities both globally and in local markets.
  • Contribute to marketing and trading discussions for content and campaigns.
  • Work with marketing to improve the digital experience from channel to checkout.
  • Brief design on homepages planned in the trading calendar to keep the team’s workflow moving.
  • Manage searchandising to improve UX and sales through this channel.
  • Monitor competitors and industry for SWOT / Comp Shops.
  • Support the Ecommerce Content Assistant on stock planning and trading strategies for the diffusion site.
  • Collaborate with wider team to update the Chinese content site.
  • Champion luxury experience and focus on reducing returns.
  • Own daily and weekly sales and reporting for the department and contribute to weekly meetings.
  • Provide observations and context to sales and trading patterns.
  • Manage adhoc deep dives into product/category performance and onsite performance.
  • Develop monthly/seasonal/annual overviews for site performance


What we are looking for:


  • Passion for lingerie and a love for Agent Provocateur and its brands.
  • Ecommerce platform experience is essential (Magento enterprise experience preferable).
  • Target driven with a good grasp of numbers.
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills.
  • Knowledge of merchandising practices for accurate stock and sales analysis.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and experience of Omniture preferable.
  • Knowledge of international markets locals markets would be key to this role.
  • A background in online trade or merchandising within a premium retailer would be highly advantageous.
