You will also have to ensure very high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation. Ideal candidates will have demonstrable experience in a similar role, with at least 2 years experience of managing a team. You should also have good commercial focus, excellent communications skills and a passion for Agent Provocateur and exceptional customer service. Luxury brand experience would be a distinct advantage.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to work in our concession in the prestigious Printemps Department Store in Paris.
 
Main responsibilities of the role include:
• Managing and motivating the performance of a team to ensure KPI targets are met and exceeded.
• Promoting exceptional customer service within the team and monitoring product knowledge & mystery shopper results to achieve this.
•  Assist in the performance management of all staff using monthly performance reviews and yearly appraisals
• Ensuring high standards of visual merchandising and stock presentation in store
• Ensure all stock systems, paperwork, deliveries and procedures are carried out efficiently and accurately correctly by the team

Applicants for this position will need:

• Proven experience in a Management or Assistant Management role, preferably with a luxury Retailer
• Previous experience of performance managing teams using feedback & coaching

• Good attention to detail and visual merchandising capabilities
