We are currently looking for an Allocator to work as part of our Merchandising team, based at our HQ in London.
Reporting to the Junior Branch Merchandiser, you will be responsible for accurately maintaining stock allocations and stock levels to stores and clients. Using store and departmental analysis in order to maximise sales potential and reduce the risk of terminal stocks.
Key responsibilities of the role will include Allocating and replenishing stock and setting appropriate stock levels according to range plan and store requirements.Liaising with warehouse, stores and clients with regards to stock levels to ensure smooth delivery flow of stock through the critical path. Responsible for building of new store packages within set guidelines for allocation ensuring ready for despatch pre-launch.Analysing store and stock performance, amending range plans and keeping the merchandising team updated. Regional and worldwide store visits as required.Managing stock consolidations, tracking of transfers and sales orders, maintaining information flow to relevant parties accordingly. Sourcing of stock for E-commerce, special customers, VIP and Press Office requests.Reporting and analysis on weekly and adhoc basis.
Ideal candidates for this position will have 6 -12 months as an Allocator in the Retail sector, preferably in a Lingerie or Fashion based retailer.
You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills as much of the work is about communicating with stores, Franchisees and warehouses. You must also have the ability to work accurately and prioritise your work, advanced excel skills are a must.
You need to also be a team player, you should also be self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
Store Design CAD Technician, HQ, London
We are currently looking for a CAD technician to work as part of our Store Design team, based at our HQ in London.
Reporting to the Store Designer, you will assist the Store Designer with the development of detailed plans for Global store openings and refurbishments.
Key responsibilities of the role will include the provision of site surveys (where required) and of stage 1 and stage 2 drawing packages for all new stores as outlined by the Store Designer.
You will also assist with the review and sign-off of all millworker supplied shop drawings, and help with floorplan analysis during project development
Candidates for this position must have AutoCAD drawing experience, plus a proven technical ability in retail design environment and an understanding of construction
You must also have the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload in highly pressurised environment , along with high attention to detail and the ability to adapt as projects require.
This role will ideally suit someone as a first or second job, please note you must also be willing to travel to store openings/ architect meetings etc. Languages would be a good advantage, as would knowledge of IT packages Word, Excel, StetchUp & Photoshop.
Store Design Project Manager, HQ, London
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to work as part of our Store Design team, based at our HQ in London.
Reporting to the Head of Store Development, you will be responsible for managing the retail store opening projects from pre-design to opening, including responsibility for managing all budgets, critical paths and health and safety provisions
Key responsibilities of the role will include the project management of new stores, store refurbishment and store maintenance projects on an international basis. You will ensure effective collaboration amongst all project parties including retail departments and senior management, and create scopes of works and tender to our main contractors & suppliers. You will also manage all budgets, critical paths and health and safety provisions for you projects
Ideal candidates for this position will have at least 2 years project management experience in retail environment, preferably luxury retail. You should have knowledge of architectural drawings and have expertise in health and safety & CDM. You should have experience of building relationships with contactors, architects and new suppliers and proven planning and project management ability, as well as the ability to manage multiple schedules and timelines concurrently
You should also have good expert knowledge of Excel & MS Project, and be willing to undertake extensive travel.

For Sales Associates positions, we ask for at least 12 months relevant retail experience, preferably within fashion. You must have a proven ability to achieve sales targets and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Main responsibilities will include greeting all customers to the shop and serving to an exceptional standard, suggesting lingerie styles and offering assistance for the measuring and fitting of lingerie in the fitting room. You will also be expected to developing product knowledge of all L’Agent products and help to maintain the upkeep of the shop and stock.
For Assistant Manager positions, we ask for at least 12 months store management or supervisory experience, along with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets.
You will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in delivering the sales plan for the store. You will also be helping to drive sales on the shop floor and assisting in the performance management of the team.
