We currently have a Store Manager position available in our outlet store within Bicester village. 

Main responsibilities of the role include:
Managing and motivating the performance of a team including ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded
To promote exceptional customer service within the team and monitor product knowledge to achieve this
Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and stock presentation in store
Liaising with Head Office to ensure correct product mix is presented in store and stock levels are managed
Monitor and report on weekly store KPI’s and take action to maintain and improve

Q ualifications
Ideal candidates will possess the following:
At least 2 years experience of managing a team
Good commercial focus
Excellent communications skills
Good attention to detail and visual merchandising capabilities
Passion for AP brand and exceptional customer service
Luxury brand experience would be an advantage

We are currently looking for a Store Manager to join our team at our store in Stuttgart within the Breuniger department store.

Main responsibilities of the role include:

• Proactively manage the performance of the store by leading and motivating team, setting high standards of store presentation and service levels.
• Performance manage all staff using monthly performance reviews and yearly appraisals.
• Ensure weekly and monthly business reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Liaise and organise retail marketing events in liaison with retail marketing department.
• Use strong presence and leadership skills to coach the sales team to maximise sales and service on the sales floor.

Applicants for this position will need:

• At least 2 years experience as a Store Manager ideally within a luxury retailer.
• Good verbal communication skills,
• Fluency in English is a must
