Bra Guide
For full cup bras, demi bra's & ¼ cup bras use the following guide. The measurements must be made against the skin as opposed to over clothing:
STEP A - Measure around your body directly under the bust (Underbust measurement).
STEP B - Measure around your body over the fullest part of your bust (overbust).
STEP C - You will find your size where the two measurements intersect on our size guide. Our guides should only be used as an indication of your size.

This season we are offering the widest selection of cup & back sizes ever and intend to increase this size range further. Please take note of the following points when finding the right bra.
- 1 - When putting on your bra, lean forward as if touching your toes. This helps the breasts sit in the cup correctly.
- 2 - The bra should be fastened on the middle bra hook.
- 3 - The bra over-bust seam should run over the nipple point.
- 4 - The bra should fit firmly around the rib cage to ensure correct positioning on the back. This will prevent the back of the bra riding up when worn. If this happens you should go down a back size. This will help support the weight of the cups.
- 5 - Always make sure that the centre front insert of the bra is sitting flat against the breast bone.
- 6 - Ensure the underwire sits well away from the soft breast tissue and onto the ribcage. If this is not happening it means you need to increase the bra cup size.
- 7 - The bra strap adjuster is set at 5cms; adjust so longer or shorter depending on your body length. The bra strap must sit firmly but not tight. You must not put too much pressure on the shoulders!
- 8 - Check your side view in the mirror; if your bust is flowing over the bra cup then you need to go up a cup size.
- 9 - Please note that demi and ¼ cup bras are designed to support the bust and expose some or the entire nipple. Should you prefer less exposure please try a full cup bra from the range.
- 10 - Please be aware that your bra size may fluctuate slightly throughout your menstrual cycle.
