We are looking for an Assistant Manager to work in our Milan Concession. The Assistant Managers responsibilities will be to support the Store Manager in the day to day running of the store by proactively assisting in managing the performance of the team and helping to set high standards of store presentation and service levels.

This includes managing and motivating the team to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded, promoting excellent customer service within the team and monitoring product knowledge to achieve this, ensuring high standards of visual merchandising and stock presentation in the store, and ensuring stock levels are maintained.

Candidates must have proven experience in a similar managerial role, have good communication skills and have the ability to work under pressure. You must also have a passion for the AP brand and reflect this in exceptional levels of customer service. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Italian.

We are currently looking for a part time sales associate to join our store in Leeds. You must be available to work weekends and a minimum of 3 days a week. As an AP sales associate, you will play a key role in helping your team to provide excellent standards of customer service and store presentation.
Main responsibilities include greeting all customers to the shop and serving to an exceptional standard, suggesting lingerie styles and offering assistance for the measuring and fitting of lingerie in the fitting room. You will also be expected to developing product knowledge of all Agent Provocateur products and help to maintain the upkeep of the shop and stock.

In return we ask that you have at least 1 years experience in a customer facing role, like working in a team and be a good team player. You must also have a great enthusiasm for the AP brand and for exceptional customer service and be willing to adhere to company guidelines on presentation. A company uniform is provided.

As a stockroom assistant, your main responsibilities will be unpacking and checking deliveries, refilling packaging and helping to replenish the shop floor quickly for all our Christmas shoppers.
